The Vega Baja Dulzones and Toa Alta Sonetistas played an entertaining game for Parquecito de Vega Baja patrons.

Getting an impressive start from Mateo Giménez, Vega Baja beat Toa Alta by the score of 3-2. Giménez, who leads the LMB in wins with 5, went the distance for Vega Baja. He gave up 2 runs on 7 hits.

Alberto Feliciano found himself in a pressure situation in the bottom of the eighth. Facing Toa Alta hurler Víctor Manuel Ortiz, the 19-year-old third baseman hit a sacrifice fly. His 9th RBI of the season put the Dulzones on top, 3-2.
