Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Naguabo Malditos and Fajardo Camorristas.

The Naguabo Malditos got a marvelous performance from pitcher Ben Buchanan. The left-hander kept the Fajardo offense from ever getting much traction. The result was an impressive 4-2 Naguabo victory at Parquecito de Fajardo. In 9 innings, Buchanan surrendered 9 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 4. He allowed 2 runs.

Naguabo used a clutch hit from Ron St. George to get the win. The pinch hitter drilled a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Malditos ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"We'll enjoy this win for now, but it's just one," St. George told local reporters. "We've got to keep it going."

The win has Naguabo at 3-2.
