Navegadores Keep Streak Alive with Late Rally

Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the Naguabo Navegadores and Guayanilla Electricos.
Naguabo Navegadores starter Tomás Pérez pitched his team past the Guayanilla Electricos, 4-2. The first-place Navegadores have their sights set on making a deep playoff run.
One of the clutch hits for Naguabo came from one of their biggest talents. In the top of the ninth with no one out, Vidal Santiago, who is on pace for 107 RBI this season, hit a 2-run single to put the Navegadores up, 4-2. For the game, the left fielder went 1 for 5. He drove in 2 runs.
"That's a solid team effort right there," said Santiago. "Everyone's feeling positive after that win."
