Milagrosos Rally Late to Clip Corozal

The Humacao Milagrosos gave their fans something to talk about with a thrilling, walk-off win.
Humacao and Corozal slugged it out for in 10 innings. Plácido Polanco, in particular, was outstanding. The Humacao right-hander helped his team knock off the Mofongueros, 1-0. The win belonged to Juan Pérez in relief. His record improves to 3-2. Rafael Gutiérrez took the loss for Corozal.
The Milagrosos got a clutch hit from designated hitter Benjamin Brown. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to right, to win the game for the Milagrosos.
"This stadium was a-rockin'," said Polanco.
The first-place Milagrosos have their sights set on making a deep playoff run.
