Diego Torres of the Lajas Marcianos will go down as one of the league's legendary pitchers after his 3-2 win today against the Dorado Ejemplares.

"It felt like it was a postseason game, one out at a time," said his manager. "It was something special to see."

The 34-year-old Torres picked up his 100th career victory at Parque de los Ejemplares. He hurled 9 innings, gave up 9 hits and registered 3 strikeouts along with 1 walk.

"I've worked a long time for this," Torres said. "I can't believe it's really here. It feels great!"

In career numbers, Torres has registered a 100-85 record with a 2.75 ERA.
