The Utuado Arribenos walked off with a big win.
Utuado Arribenos starter Ed Ostrom was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Carolina Tumbabrazos, 2-1. Ostrom, now 3-12, was the winner. In 9 innings, he gave up 9 hits, while striking out 2, walking 0, and allowing 1 run.
The game ended in dramatic fashion in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Rogelio Hernández won it for Utuado with a run-scoring ground out off Juan Martín. In the game, Hernández drove in one run.
"You need to show up when your number's called," said Hernández.
The Arribenos go to 63-81, putting them second in the Liga Hostos Cordillera Oeste.
