The Trois-Rivieres Trifluviens beat the Halifax Batteries, 9-4, at Batteries Field. Trois-Rivieres right fielder Fulco Aguilar had an outstanding performance. He went 4 for 5 with a double and 3 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The win has Trois-Rivieres at 12-11.

Trois-Rivieres grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Aguilar hit a run-scoring double off Gabriel Gutiérrez. His 4th double of the season put the Trifluviens out in front, 5-4.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Aguilar told the Trois-Rivieres News.
