Tri-City Dust Devils Win Top Spot in Northwest League East Tuesday, September 18th , 2007 They may have only won the Northwest League East by an incredibly slim margin, but Tri-City Dust Devils reliever Daniel Thomas said the outcome was "never in doubt" for his team. "We felt like this is our destiny and we weren't going to be stopped," he said. "Whether you win the division by a couple games or 50 games, all that matters is that you win it. We knew we could do it." That confidence will serve the club well as Tri-City vies for its 9th Round 1 win, after posting the 11th Northwest League East championship in team history. |
