Top Player of the Week Goes to Billings Monday, August 28th , 2006 Bruce Billings of the Everett AquaSox mowed down his opposition last week and was awarded the Northwest League Player of the Week this morning. He collected 2 wins and no losses while tossing 15 innings and racking up 22 strikeouts. Billings logged a sparkling 0.60 ERA and held opposing batters to a .208 average. This year, Billings has worked 45.2 innings with 50 strikeouts en route to a 4-4 record and a 1.97 ERA. |
