Ahumada on Fire: 5-for-5 for Brevard County Friday, June 25th , 2004 Edgar Ahumada did more than his part as the Brevard County Manatees topped the Fort Myers Miracle, 6-0, at Hammond Stadium. The Manatees first baseman pounded out 5 hits to pace his team. Edgar Ahumada singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 9th. This year, Ahumada has hit 2 home runs and posted a .245 batting average. |
