TL's #1 Player Named Monday, May 3rd , 2004 The marquee name in the Texas League this week is Jeff Natale of the Tulsa Drillers. The hot-hitting 22-year-old second baseman put up a .545 average and .565 on-base percentage, piling up 12 hits in 22 at-bats, 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and 7 runs scored. That kind of hitting got him the TL Player of the Week honors. To date Natale has chalked up a .388 average with 4 home runs, driven in 16 runs and scored 15 times. |
