SL2's Top Player, Stynes of Higganum Monday, July 15th , 1991 Chris Stynes of the Higganum Cannonballers was locked in all week as he bullied the pitchers he faced. Stynes put up some great numbers and hauled in the Sub League 2 Player of the Week trophy. He hit .414 with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs. The 18-year-old second baseman also scored 9 runs and for the week went 12-for-29. So far this season Stynes has hit .329 with 3 home runs, 15 RBIs and scored 16 times. |
