Black Cats Bolton Dominates Crush Friday, August 30th , 1991 Rod Bolton really had his stuff working at Ballpark of Raleigh today. The Raleigh Black Cats hurler mystified the Madison Crush and shut them out 5-0. Bolton allowed a total of 4 hits in the ballgame and struck out 10. "The shutout is nice but I'm just happy we won," Bolton said with a smile after the game. "Coach can be a real bear when we lose." This season Bolton has a 10-11 record with a 3.99 ERA. |
