SL2's Top Player Named Monday, July 29th , 1991 Brian Kowitz of the Madison Crush was locked in all week as he bullied the pitchers he faced. Kowitz put up some great numbers and hauled in the Sub League 2 Player of the Week trophy. He hit .591 with 2 home runs and 5 RBIs. The 20-year-old center fielder also scored 6 runs and for the week went 13-for-22. This season Kowitz is batting .271 with 102 hits and 19 home runs. He has scored 69 times and has 50 RBI. |
