Astros Lose as Cardinals Stage Late Rally
The St. Louis Cardinals overcame a good performance by Houston right fielder Will Ford to knock off Houston, 7-4, at Busch Stadium. Ford was 1-2 with a home run and 3 walks. He scored 2 times. Houston has now lost 4 consecutive games.

St. Louis took a 6-3 lead on Adam Kennedy's 7th triple of the season. The bases-clearing triple, which Kennedy hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Houston pitcher Jae Weong Seo visibly frustrated.
