|
Atlanta starter Scott Rice pitched effectively against the Washington Nationals at RFK Stadium. The left-hander led his team to a win, 8-3. The NL East Division-leading Braves have a record of 89-58.
Rice, now 9-11, scattered 3 hits over 7.1 innings for the Braves.
