Pirates Absorb 6-1 Loss at Great American Ball Park
Cincinnati turned a good effort from starter Wesley Crawford into a win over the Pittsburgh Pirates at Great American Ball Park. The final score was 6-1. The Reds have an impressive 40-12 record.

Jesus Rojas had a big 2-run double for the Reds in the bottom of the third inning. With Cincinnati leading 2-0 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from Danny Bustos, who is tied for 6th in the NL in strikeouts with 54, and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 10th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Reds ahead, 4-0.

"Wesley did what Wesley does," said Cincinnati manager Scott Smith.
