Henderson Pitches 1-0 Shutout for Hudson Valley

Jim Henderson held the Vermont Expos to 1 hit and fashioned a fine 1-0 shutout at Dutchess Stadium.
Speaking after the game, Hudson Valley Renegades manager Jim Wise said "Henderson had everything going for him today. He changed speeds effectively, stayed down, had a lot of movement. He was masterful."
Henderson rung up 11 strikeouts and surrendered 2 walks in the game.
"We couldn't get anything going. He certainly had our number," Vermont manager Danny Ortega told reporters.
In 5 starts this season, Henderson has compiled a 3-2 record and a 1.69 ERA.
