Capitals Punch Playoff Ticket Thursday, April 29th , 1915 They have their eye on the Conference 1 West Division crown, but for now the Houston HS Capitals are happy to have guaranteed themselves a playoff berth. "We'd like to go in as division champions, that's for sure," said starting pitcher Bradford Leland. The Capitals currently have a 32-23 record and when playoffs begin will be vying for the 2nd Negro Secondary School Baseball Association championship in franchise history. |
