Season Done for Ivey
Wednesday, May 12th , 1915
Kermit Ivey had to wait several agonizing days to find out his diagnosis after suffering a torn labrum on 05/11/1915. Today he received word from the Pacific Academy doctor that he would be out the rest of the year. Team officials called it a huge setback but something they would have to overcome.
On the season, Ivey has compiled a 6-5 mark with a 2.81 ERA in 11 starts. In pitching 80 innings he has 28 strikeouts and 36 walks while limiting the opposition to a .259 batting average.
