He acknowledged that his season is over after sustaining bone chips in his elbow in a ballgame recently. It brings an early end to the Cincinnati starting pitcher's season. To this point in the season, Newberry shows a 4-5 record, 16 starts, 110 innings, 23 strikeouts and a 2.37 ERA. |
