Saint Louis's Daniel West Suffers Setback Saturday, June 15th , 1912 Daniel West, second baseman for the Saint Louis Beavers, was making great progress in healing a mild shoulder strain according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "Daniel was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least 4 days before he will be able to rejoin the club." Hitting .338 to date, West has 2 home runs and 24 RBIs. He has played in 57 games. |
