Bakers Beat Baltimore, 7-6
The New York Bakers electrified the home crowd with a walk-off win.

Baltimore got a terrific game from second baseman John Marshall. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to New York, 7-6, in 11 innings. Marshall went 3-3 with 3 singles, 2 walks, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 4 times. New York goes to 12-8.

The Bakers got a clutch hit from first baseman Nicholas Martin. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Bakers.

"I get a nice buzz from a win like this one," said Martin.
