Empire Heading to Legacy Cup
After their 6-2 win today at The Peoples Park of Minnesota over the Saint Louis Beavers, the Twin City Empire will advance to the Legacy Cup. Twin City won the series by a 3-0 margin.

Leading the way for the Empire was starting pitcher Gust Bromilow, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP.

"I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus."

The Twin City Empire don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Boston Banshees - Brooklyn Whales series. That series is tied at 1 game each. The Legacy Cup schedule will be announced after the League Cup finishes.
