The home crowd was treated to a thrilling, walk-off win.

Led by Ruppert Jones, the New York Yankees downed the Minnesota Twins, 10-7. Jones went 3-5 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Yankees. With their winning streak at 4, the Yankees have raced to a strong start this season.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Jones hit a fastball from Mike Marshall for a 3-run home run. The Yankees, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"This one wasn't over until it was over," Jones said, postgame.
