Yoder Hits 3 Homers Against Naples Tuesday, January 4th , 2033 The old superstition that "bad news comes in threes" certainly came true for the Naples Neonates. Costa Rica second baseman Dave Yoder tripled up on the home runs to propel the Clam Bumpers to a win, 32-3, at Fuck Field. "We had our chances to win the game, but we just didn't come through," Naples manager Dick Granade said. "Yoder hit the heck out of the ball." In addition to the homers, Yoder collected 4 hits in 6 at-bats, 9 RBIs and scored 6 runs. "Easy swings get you home runs," he said after the game. "I kept telling myself not to press.
