IDL Most Valuable Player Goes To Velasco Monday, January 26th , 2032 He may have less experience than most of his IFA Development League peers, but that didn't slow Alexis Velasco down at all in 2031. At the age of 18, the Toronto left fielder has been named the winner of the IFA Development League Most Valuable Player. He had a .288 batting average and a .358 on-base percentage this year.
