Ochoa Grabs IDL Reliever of the Year Award Monday, January 26th , 2032 At the young age of only 20, Juan Ochoa has been named the IFA Development League Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2031. The future appears bright for the Costa Rica Clam Bumpers relief ace, who captured the award with 6 saves in 19 relief appearances, 47 strikeouts in 52 innings and a record of 8-0 to go with his 1.73 ERA. He received 16 first place votes out of a possible 24.
