Julio Heredia Strokes 3 Home Runs Saturday, July 9th , 2033 Whatever Julio Heredia ate for breakfast before his game against the Lower East Side SeaWolves, it gave him some impressive power. The Arthur right fielder smacked three balls up and out of the park at UPMC Park. His home run barrage helped the Twisters defeat the SeaWolves, 13-1. "When they throw it in your wheelhouse, you've got a shot at a homer," he told BNN reporters after the game. "I got three shots today and nailed them all." On his 3-homer day, he went 3-for-5, scored 4 times, drove in 6 and put on a display that history will remember. Julio Heredia hit a GRAND SLAM off Randy Yocum in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Randy Yocum in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, walked in the 6th, struck out in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Chris Berry in the 9th. For the season, Heredia is batting .272 with 22 hits and 11 home runs. He has scored 18 times and batted in 23. |
