Harris Crushes 3 Homers Against Omaha
Wednesday, September 1st , 2032
Every now and then, everything just comes together.
Aiden Harris discovered that today at Werner Park, as he smashed three home runs during the 9-4 Davenport Flood win over the Omaha Storm Chasers.
"I got three balls to hit and nailed all three of them," the Davenport first baseman said in his postgame interview. "The first was a hanging curve, the second was right down the middle and the last one was a good pitch, but I guessed right and put the wood to it."
Harris finished the day with 4 hits in 4 at-bats and 5 RBIs.
Aiden Harris hit a solo-shot off David Morales in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Jesus Rivero in the 4th, doubled in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Harol Arias in the 9th.
Looking at his season stats, Harris has compiled a .291 batting average and a .389 on-base percentage, while hitting 12 home runs and driving in 29 runs.
