Bowman Sharp, Blanks Renaissance, 4-0 Friday, July 9th , 2032 Chris Bowman dominated the Harlem Renaissance with a brilliant 5-hit shutout in the 4-0 Tigerville Titians triumph at Fifth Third Ballpark. The Tigerville hurler fanned 7 and walked 1 in the game and was singled out for praise afterward by the opposing manager. "He really kept us in check today," Renaissance skipper Kevin Boles said in postgame comments. "Everything looked to be moving. Seemed like the pitch was right down the middle and it went over down and away. We took some pathetic swings." In 16 starts this season, Bowman has gathered 8 wins while suffering 4 losses.
