Gamez Batters Boston for 5 Hits
Alejandro Gamez said "it felt like taking batting practice" at Rough Riders Park, and it showed in the box score. The Annapolis right fielder had a fantastic 5-for-6 day against the Boston Shamrocks, leading his club to victory, 33-8.

"I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," Gamez said later."

Alejandro Gamez struck out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off David Guerra in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Andy Borcherding in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, walked in a run in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
