Riddle Raps Wilmington for 5 Hits Thursday, July 2nd , 2043 It doesn't happen very often, but it did for Josh Riddle -- a 5-hit effort. He went on a rampage at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium and paced the 11-4 Hot Rods win over the Wilmington Blue Rocks. After his dynamite batting performance, the Bowling Green catcher told reporters that he "just tried to get in a good count and have a good at-bat. That's all I can control." His philosophy paid dividends today. He slammed 5 hits in 5 tries and put his name in the record book. Josh Riddle hit a two-run home run off Chris Orchard in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
