Sencion Rips Mississippi for 5 Hits
5 times is the charm -- at least for Daniel Sencion.

The Biloxi Shuckers third baseman tore up the Mississippi Braves to the tune of 5 hits in 6 at-bats at Trustmark Park. The offensive onslaught from Sencion powered the 15-12 Shuckers win.

"Sencion was a tough out," Mississippi manager Ismael Aquino said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure."

Daniel Sencion singled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Luis Calle in the 7th and flied out in the 9th.

Sencion is hitting .326 so far this season with 31 RBIs and 20 runs scored. He has 46 hits including 4 home runs, 7 walks and .368 OBP.
