Toma Keeps Hit Streak Alive Tuesday, April 12th , 2039 Traian Toma went 2-for-6 in the 8-6 Orenburg College Makos victory over the Istanbul College Phantoms at Phantoms Fields today. Toma declined to speak to reporters following the game. He extended his hitting streak to 25 games. Traian Toma hit an RBI single in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, flied out in the 6th, grounded out in the 7th and struck out in the 9th. This year Toma is hitting at a .379 pace with 13 home runs and 37 RBIs. He has played in 33 games and scored 30 times. |
