Jeff Bokbloom Out for Season Saturday, July 12th , 2070 Jeff Bokbloom is doubtful to make the playoffs this year, according to sources within the Vancouver organization. Although the injury was initially thought to be not serious, tests have revealed the player will be out up to 9-10 months with a ruptured medial collateral ligament. The 18-year-old right fielder suffered the injury running the bases in a recent game against the Aberdeen Ironbirds. This year, Bokbloom has hit at a .242 clip with 10 RBIs, 3 home runs and 6 runs scored. |
