Harrisburg Blanked by White, 8-0
Sunday, June 26th , 2072
Mark White bent a little, but he didn't break against the Harrisburg Senators. The Binghamton Rumble Ponies pitcher hurled a 2-hit, 8-0 shutout in a fine performance, surrendering no walks and tallying 5 strikeouts.
"Mark is good at getting out of jams," Rumble Ponies manager Paul Harrison told reporters after the game. "He's almost more effective when he gets guys on base or gets behind in the count, because he uses your aggressiveness against you."
So far this year, White has 4 wins and 8 losses and a 4.22 ERA.
