NL-AAA Announces Best Pitcher for June Wednesday, July 1st , 2071 The Pitcher of the Month Award in June has been selected and the National League honor went to Las Vegas hurler, Gabriel Burgos. For his excellent performance he has been named the league's top pitcher. During the month, Burgos was superb with a 2.11 ERA and 4 wins and no losses. In 38.1 innings he struck out 25 and gave up 41 hits and 3 walks. To date this year, Burgos shows a 7-5 record, 15 starts, 105.2 innings, 78 strikeouts and a 3.75 ERA. |
