AL Honors Phill, #1 Batter in July Saturday, August 1st , 2071 At only 24 years of age, Brogan Phill could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Houston Astros, as July was one to remember for the second baseman and he has captured the American League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .336 with 6 home runs, 16 RBIs and 22 runs scored. So far this season, Phill has hit .300 with 11 home runs, 36 RBIs and scored 50 times. |
