Season Over for Harold Tuzzi in Los Angeles Thursday, June 22nd , 2073 Dealing with injuries is part of the game, and now Harold Tuzzi of the Angels knows this firsthand. He was injured against the Colorado Rockies while throwing a pitch. Because of a torn labrum, the Los Angeles reliever is expected to miss 5-6 months. Tuzzi was a little upset, but understands it comes with the territory. "Baseball can be a contact sport. You try to be careful, but no matter how careful you are, injuries happen." So far this season, Tuzzi is 3-and-0 with 1 save and a 2.75 ERA. He has given up 58 hits in 59 innings with 36 strikeouts. |
