South Whitley Southpaw Tosses 5-0 Shutout Thursday, December 31st , 2043 Chris Bentley of the South Whitley Turtles was lights-out while 1-hitting the Kenilworth Green Devils. "I had my good stuff and it went where I wanted it to go," he told BNN reporters after the contest. Bentley registered 9 strikeouts and no walks in shutting out Kenilworth, 5-0. Bentley's record up to now is 6-and-0 with no saves and a 1.43 ERA. He has given up 28 hits in 44 innings with 55 strikeouts. |
