Great Day for Ruiz -- 5 Hits Thursday, June 26th , 2036 It was a parade of hits for Jose Ruiz of the Milwaukee (AZL) Brewers Gold at Maryvale Baseball Park today. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Ruiz finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Brewers Gold to a 19-3 victory. "Ruiz was really good and we were really bad," groaned Dodgers2 manager Julio Borbon. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Jose Ruiz doubled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, walked in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, hit a two-run double in the 7th and singled in the 8th. |
