Callaspo of Elizabethton Voted Top Manager in APP Thursday, September 24th , 2043 An outstanding season by the Twins garnered their manager Alberto Callaspo the Appalachian League Manager of the Year award for 2043. He led Elizabethton to a 47-20 record this year and a first place finish in the West. Even so, Callaspo seemed less than thrilled. "I don't give a darn about the award," he growled to reporters, "I just want this team to win championships!" |
