Frazier Belts 5 Hits Sunday, September 6th , 2043 5 times is the charm -- at least for Danny Frazier. The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes left fielder tore up the Lancaster JetHawks to the tune of 5 hits in 5 at-bats at The Hangar. The offensive onslaught from Frazier powered the 13-10 Quakes win. "Frazier was a tough out," Lancaster manager Blake Smith said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." Danny Frazier hit a GRAND SLAM off Chris Butler in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Andy Holland in the 7th and singled in the 8th. This year, Frazier is batting .246 with 4 home runs and 19 RBIs. In 38 games he has scored 17 times. |
