Mack Tames Biscuits, 6-0 Thursday, September 11th , 2042 Fans at MGM Park witnessed the Biloxi Shuckers blank the Montgomery Biscuits, 6-0, on the strength of a superb effort from starter Robbie Mack. The Biloxi right-hander allowed 6 hits in recording the shutout. "Robbie was good today, but I don't want to focus too much on a single game," Biloxi manager Scott Rice said. "If you're capable of playing at this level, you're capable of having a good game. The real question is if you can learn from that game and repeat it." Looking at his season stats, Mack has won 17 and lost 7, collecting 252 strikeouts and 38 walks in 215 innings with a 3.10 ERA. |
