Jourdan Has 20-Game Hitting Streak Wednesday, July 4th , 2046 Toby Jourdan of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats tagged 1 hit in today's 6-1 loss to the Bowie Baysox at Prince George's Stadium to run his hitting streak to 20 straight games. "I realize it's unlikely to have a 20-game streak and not have a couple losses mixed in," he said later. "But it still takes the fun out of it." Toby Jourdan grounded out in the 1st, grounded out in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and struck out in the 8th. Currently Jourdan has 6 home runs and a .321 batting average. |
