Indians Take Nail-Biter Over Twins

The Cleveland Indians stopped the Minnesota Twins, 9-6, at Progressive Field. The Indians got a big game from Pat Steere, who was 4 for 6 with 2 home runs, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 5. Cleveland reliever Chris Campbell was the winner. His record is now 1-1. Cesar Pena took the loss. The Twins, now 10-17, continue their slow start.
In the bottom of the 13th, with the score tied, Steere hammered a 3-run home run to win it for Cleveland.
