Starkey Lifts Indians to 8-5 Triumph
Indians designated hitter Sean Starkey left his imprint on his team's 8-5 win over the Minnesota Twins. Starkey went 4 for 4 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5 for Cleveland in the contest. Jose Guajardo earned the win. Jose Ramirez, who finished 4th in the AL in wins with 15 last year, took the loss for Minnesota. Minnesota, at 4-8, are off to an ugly start.

With Cleveland leading 5-2 in the bottom of the fifth, Starkey hit a fastball from Jin-woong Kim for a 3-run home run. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Indians ahead, 8-2.

"We took home the win," said Starkey. "What's not to like?"
