Biloxi Moves on to Round 2
The Biloxi Shuckers are on to the Round 2 after a convincing series win over the Pensacola Blue Wahoos.

Biloxi wrapped up the series sweep with a 4-1 win in the last game, to take the series 3-0.

"We expected to win and we executed the way we needed to," said Pat Guzman, who was named series MVP.

For the series, Guzman hit .750 with a .846 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 1 runs.

The Biloxi Shuckers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Jackson Generals - Birmingham Barons series. That series is tied at 1 game each. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes.
