Taylor of St. Louis Player of the Week Monday, April 16th , 2029 24-year-old L.C. Taylor sent shock waves through Major League Baseball last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the National League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Taylor made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .560 average, 14 hits in 25 at-bats, 1 home run and 10 RBI. Where the St. Louis Cardinals third baseman goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Taylor certainly made his mark last week. This year, Taylor has hit at a .359 clip with 12 RBIs, 1 home run and 14 runs scored. |
